| 487th | Up at 06:00 A.M. and 8:10 A.M. take off for six planes and crews to bomb the La Voulte railroad bridge in France. The flight placed an excellent bomb pattern covering central portion of the bridge with several direct hits observed. No enemy opposition was encountered and all planes returned safely. |
