| 487th | Argenta North Troop Area - 9 ships. The pattern started at the edge of the target area and extended into the center with a fire noted in the northern part of the area growing larger as our formation broke off. Heavy, but inaccurate anti-aircraft fire was encountered. |
| 488th | FLAK: Heavy, scant and inaccurate. 1 plane holed Results: 1st box bombs returned. 2nd box bombs went thru target area. Observations: Large fire observed in target area, explosion with white streamers also seen. |
| 489th | We ran a morning and an afternoon mission. Located as we are [in Rimini], we are experiencing missions around the two hour mark instead of the four hour mark as was the case in Corsica. |
